Dr. Rapp holds a B.S., with emphasis in biology, from Concord College. He also holds a M.A. in Education Administration as well as a M.S. in Physical Science, both from Marshall University. Dr. Rapp earned a Doctorate in Education from East Tennessee State University. He has taught high school physics, chemistry, and biology as an instructor with the McDowell County, West Virginia School System. Furthermore, for nearly a decade he was an Assistant Professor at East Tennessee State University's University School where he taught advanced chemistry, physics, and astronomy. In addition to his current instructor position with the Holton Governor's School, Dr. Rapp teaches at Central Virginia Community College. |
